Using his 2014 Opal Tapes opus ‘Holo Earth’ as a jump-off point, Jimmy Billingham aka Holovr lays down an expansive 5 track mini LP for Edinburgh’s Firecracker Recordings. Deeply atmospheric and functioning in multiple realms, Trace Realm is a collection of drawn out acid and ambient textures with nods to early UK rave and no wave electronics.
